Service Area: Available throughout Central Florida. Additional travel fees $0.67/mile apply for locations beyond this area. 2. Appointment Scheduling Booking: Appointments can be scheduled via phone or our online system. Please provide patient details, required services, and preferred time. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. A $25 cancellation fee applies for late cancellations. 3. Fees and Charges Additional Charges: Travel Fee: $0.67 per additional mile beyond Central Florida area. Urgency Fee: $50 for same-day or rush appointments. Payment: Fees are payable at the time of service or as outlined in agreements with home health agencies. 4.
