Service Policy

Corporate Wellness Event Policy 1. Event Planning: Schedule events at least 30 days in advance. A consultation with your company’s coordinator is required to tailor services to your needs. 2. Services Offered: Services include on-site blood draws, biometric screenings, and health education. Packages can be customized to meet the wellness goals of your organization. 3. Participation Requirements: A minimum number of participants may be required, which will be discussed during planning. If minimum participation isn’t met, StarCare Phlebotomy Services may adjust pricing or reschedule. 4. Fees and Payment: A deposit may be required to secure the event date, with the balance due on or before the event. Payment options include direct company invoicing or individual payments by participants. Cancellations within 14 days of the event may incur a fee. 5. Confidentiality: All health information is confidential and handled in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Results are provided directly to employees or their designated healthcare providers. 6. On-Site Logistics: The company must provide a suitable space for the event, including areas for private screenings. StarCare will supply all medical equipment, supplies, and staff. 7. Health and Safety: We follow strict health and safety protocols, including sanitization and proper hygiene practices. Safety measures are in place to protect all participants during the event. 8. Post-Event Follow-Up: A summary report of general health trends (without personal identifiers) can be provided to the company. Employees receive their results promptly, with follow-up recommendations if needed. 9. Customer Support: We are available to assist with any questions before, during, and after the event. Feedback is encouraged to improve our services continually.
