We partner with research organizations to provide seamless and accurate specimen collection, vital for clinical trial success. Service Area: Our mobile phlebotomy services are available throughout Central Florida. For locations beyond this area, additional travel fees may apply. 2. Appointment Scheduling Booking: Clinical trial blood draws must be scheduled by the trial coordinator or sponsoring organization. Detailed patient information, trial protocols, and specific collection requirements must be provided at the time of booking to ensure accurate service. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. 3. Fees and Charges Base Service Fee: Fees are tailored to the complexity of the clinical trial protocol and the number of required blood draws. A customized pricing plan will be provided during contract negotiations. Additional Charges: Travel Fee: $0.67 per additional mile beyond service area. Urgency Fee: $50 for same-day or rush appointments. Processing/Admin Fee: $10 per patient for documentation and sample handling. Payment: All fees are invoiced directly to the sponsoring organization or as outlined in the contractual agreement. 4.
